In accordance with the terms of Decree no. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019, companies with between 50 and 250 employees must calculate and publish their gender equality index for the workplace every March 1.
For the year 2023, ON-X Groupe scored 86/100 in the Gender Equality Index. This index is broken down by indicator as follows:
- Pay gap indicator: 31
- Individual increase rate differential indicator: 35
- Return from maternity leave indicator: 15
- High compensation indicator: 5
This index reflects the commitments made by on-x group in this area, which will be reinforced.
