Within the ON-X Groupequality between men and women is one of our values.
Together with the employee representative bodies, we have set specific and measurable targets for progress by 2022 to strengthen this equality.
- The targets for the three criteria to be improved are as follows
- Pay gap, 36 points
- Gap in individual increases, 35 points
- Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid, 5 points
With the fourth criterion, which concerns the percentage of employees who receive a raise after returning from maternity leave, we plan to reach a score of 91 points in 2022.
